**Due to Covid-19 all routine shipping arrangements are currently invalid, shipping cost and delivery times will be determined on checkout.

Shipping Methods, Costs, And Delivery Times

Delivery time on orders placed between Monday-Friday

 

Order Processing Times:

Orders will be processed within 1-2 business days, once payment has been authorized by our team. Some products can take longer, due to our high-quality products are handcrafted.

For orders placed on Friday, the order will be prepared and shipped on Monday, even if you selected the Fast shipping method.

During the holiday season and promotional periods, order processing times may be longer.

Address Revisions:

If you have placed an order and the address is incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible. We will make every attempt to correct the information, however, once the order has been shipped, we will be unable to apply the changes in your order.

Please take into consideration once the order is shipped we can not change, modify or cancel your order.

Order Tracking Information:

Once your order has shipped, SHEERANN will send you an email with the tracking link information. You can track directly on the carrier page, and see the progress of your shipment.

International Taxes and Duties:

All of our products are shipped from Tel-Aviv, Israel.

It’s possible the delivery time take longer due to customs inspection.

You will be liable for all import duties, customs and taxes, which may occur upon delivery.

Please be aware that SHEERANN does not have any control for any duties, customs, and taxes levied by each country.

Returns

Our customers have the right to return the product within 14 natural days. This term will expire on the 14th day, counted from day the product has been received by the customer. 

1) DEFECTIVE PRODUCT OR ORDER

1. In the unfortunate event that the product is defective. (Its clearly broken and unusable)
2. Product received is not the product that was ordered. (Requested Product A Received Product B)

Customer has the right to receive a new product depending of the product availability. In case the product is not available, the customer will be refunded for the total amount.

2) PRODUCT DOESN'T FIT THE EXPECTATIONS:

1. Customer simply want a change for another product or return it.

3) CONDITIONS TO APPLY FOR A CHANGE OR RETURN:

1. No refund requests will be accepted after 14 natural days for any reason.
2. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
3. We'll refund only to the same payment method from where customer originally paid.
4. Refund or Changes will be executed once we receive the product/s back.
5. Items that are damaged, dirty, altered, or not in their original packaging will not be accepted for return.
6. After we sent the refund confirmation to the customer, the refund can take between 7 to 14 business days to be reflected on your account statement.
